2. The Service

Charter DolceVita provides private, exclusive boat tours departing from Sorrento and other ports in the Gulf of Naples and Amalfi Coast. All tours are 100% private — no shared departures. The vessel, route, and itinerary are assigned at booking based on group size and availability.

3. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit of the total charter price. The deposit is payable by bank transfer or secure card link provided by Charter DolceVita.

The remaining 80% balance is due on board before departure, in cash (EUR) or by card.

Prices quoted include: yacht and fuel, professional licensed skipper, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, chilled prosecco and soft drinks, fresh fruit and snacks, artisan limoncello, on-board toilet, full insurance, port taxes.

Prices do not include: lunch or food ashore, Blue Grotto entrance fee (approx. €18 per person), Capri island disembarkation fee (approx. €100 flat, waived if dining ashore), optional hotel/port pickup service.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the client:
• More than 24 hours before departure: full deposit refund.
• Less than 24 hours before departure: deposit is non-refundable.
• No-show: full charter price is due.

Cancellation by Charter DolceVita:
If we must cancel due to adverse sea or weather conditions, mechanical failure, or force majeure, clients receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. We do not accept liability for consequential costs (flights, accommodation, etc.).

5. Weather Policy

The skipper has sole authority to decide whether conditions are suitable for departure. If conditions deteriorate during a tour, the skipper may shorten or modify the itinerary for safety. No refund is due for time lost to weather once the tour has begun.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests must follow the skipper's instructions at all times. Charter DolceVita reserves the right to refuse boarding or to terminate a tour early — without refund — in cases of dangerous, disrespectful, or unlawful behaviour, or if a guest appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs to a degree that poses a safety risk.

7. Maximum Capacity

Each vessel has a legal maximum capacity as specified at booking. Exceeding this limit is not permitted under any circumstances.

8. Liability

All vessels are fully insured to the limits required by Italian maritime law. Charter DolceVita is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought on board, or for personal injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

Guests swim, snorkel and use water equipment at their own risk. Life jackets are available on board.

9. Privacy

Personal data collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on this website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Naples, Italy.
